Aποκάλυψη από την Επίτροπο JOHANSSON: Η Τουρκία έχει ΗΔΗ ΠΑΡΕΙ 4,7 δις από την ΕΕ για τους παράνομους μετανάστες !

Αντί για 6 δις θα εισπράξει συνολικά 8,2 δις(!) , μέχρι και μετρητά για να…”εκπαιδευθούν” στην Τουρκία δίνει η ΕΕ! 

Η Επίτροπος κ. Γιόχανσον απάντησε με επιστολή της (επισυνάπτεται συνημμένα) προς τον τ. Βουλευτή Κ. Αϊβαλιώτη σχετικά με το θέμα των χρηματοδοτήσεων της ΕΕ προς Ελλάδα και Τουρκία για τους παράνομους μετανάστες , και η επιστολή της είναι πραγματικός καταπέλτης: η Τουρκία  έχει ΗΔΗ ενθυλακώσει 4,7 δις (από τα 6 δις που είχαν συμφωνήσει) για τους λαθρομετανάστες, κάτι που σημαίνει ότι η “γκρίνια” του Ερντογάν ότι δήθεν δεν παίρνει τα χρήματα της ΕΕ ΕΙΝΑΙ  100% ΠΑΡΑΜΥΘΙΑ, αφού πήρε 4,1 δις ΣΥΝ άλλα  585 εκ. ευρώ  για να παρασχεθεί εκπαίδευση κλπ, ΑΛΛΆ ΤΗΣ ΔΟΘΗΚΑΝ ΚΑΙ  ΧΡΗΜΑΤΑ ΓΙΑ ΝΑ ΜΟΙΡΑΣΕΙ …ΜΕΤΡΗΤΑ ΣΕ ΠΑΡΑΝΟΜΟΥΣ ΜΕΤΑΝΆΣΤΕΣ! Το σύνολο των χρημάτων που έχει ήδη εισπράξει η Τουρκία είναι 4,7 δις, η Επίτροπος γράφει ότι είχαν δεσμευθεί γι’αυτήν 6 δις, και έτσι τα πρόσθετα  3,5 δις που ακούσαμε στην τελευταία Σύνοδο Κορυφής της ΕΕ ανεβάζουν το συνολικό όφελος των Τούρκων στα 8,2 δις ευρώ !

Γεμάτη αποκαλύψεις είναι  η επιστολή της Επιτρόπου κυρίας Γιόχανσον η οποία με πληροφορεί ότι επιδοτήθηκαν επίσης και τα ενοίκια για 25.000 παράνομους μετανάστες  στην Ελλάδα , επιπροσθέτως της δημιουργίας των 32 (!) κέντρων υποδοχής στην ηπειρωτική Ελλάδα καθώς  και της βοήθειας σε μετρητά ( “CASH ASSISTANCE”) για 90.000 από αυτούς τους ισλαμιστές κλπ  που εισέβαλαν στην πατρίδα μας !

Η κ. Γιόχανσον μιλά και για τα κέντρα υποδοχής “σε Σάμο, Χίο, Λέρο,Κω και Λέσβο που κόστισαν 276 εκ. ευρώ”, ενώ για την  Τουρκία αποκαλύπτει ότι έχει επιδοτηθεί με  μια κυριολεκτικά γιγαντιαία Κοινοτική βοήθεια : είδαμε ότι 4.7 δις ευρώ έχει ήδη ενθυλακώσει η επιθετική αυτή χώρα από τα χρήματα των Ευρωπαίων φορολογουμένων από ένα σύνολο 6 δις που έχουν δεσμευθεί για την Τουρκία από την ΕΕ .Ομως στη Σύνοδο Κορυφής  της ΕΕ που έγινε πριν λίγες μέρες μάθαμε για άλλα 3,5 δις ευρώ προς τους Τούρκους, κάτι που σημαίνει ότι ένα ποσόν 8,2 δις ( 4,7 δις ως τώρα+ τα νέα 3,5 δις) θα έχουν δοθεί στους Τούρκους από την ΕΕ υπό τον μανδύα της βοήθειας  για να “αντιμετωπίσει” την παράνομη μετανάστευση… 

H  κ. Γιόχανσον σημειώνει  στην επιστολή της προς τον κ. Αϊβαλιώτη ότι τα 4,7 δις που έχει πάρει ήδη ο Ερντογάν αναλύονται σε 4,1 δις συν άλλα σχεδόν 585 εκ. ευρώ για “προστασία, υγεία και εκπαίδευση” αλλά και “μετρητά για εκπαίδευση” (!), κάτι που σημαίνει ότι όλοι αυτοί οι τζιχαντιστές, σκληροπυρηνικοί ισλαμιστές κλπ που έχει μαζέψει η Τουρκία απέναντι από τα νησιά μας και τον Εβρο επιδοτούνται με ζεστό χρήμα για να…εκπαιδεύονται (σε τι άραγε;; )  

Κατόπιν όλων αυτών η  οι κυβερνήσεις Ελλάδας και Κύπρου θα πρέπει να ενημερώσουν  γιατί συναίνεσαν  στη νέα χρηματοδότηση των 3,5 δις ευρώ προς τους Τούρκους και γιατί δεν έβαλαν ΒΕΤΟ ,ως όφειλαν , σε αυτό το ξεσάλωμα  των γνωστών κέντρων της ΕΕ που  επιδεικνύουν προκλητικό φιλοτουρκισμό και ανθελληνισμό.

Dear Mr Aivaliotis, 

Thank you for your email of 4 March 2021 addressed to the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Lcycn, where you request an update on the use of the EUR 700 million made available to support migration management in Greccc after the cvents at the Greck–Turkish borders of March 2020. The Commission President has asked me to reply on her behalf. 

The Commission has been structurally supporting the Greek authorities, both financially and opcrationally, to set up a robust and effective reception and migration management system. 

The financial assistance of EUR 700 million made available in the 2020 budget was used to finance pressing needs in the reception and asylum system. Specifically, thc EU funding helped to increase the reception capacity in Greece, in the form of rental accommodation for 25 000 places and supported the provision of services in 32 mainland rcccptions centres as well as the provision of temporary accommodation to vulnerable asylum scckcrs in hotels. The funds also provided targeted support to key protection activities for familics and children, and cash assistance to more than 90 000 migrants in their asyluin procedure. 

The bulk of the above–mentioned Ginancial assistance is being used to support the construction of five Multi–Purpose Reception and Identification Centres on Samos, Kos, Lcros, Chios and Lesvos, making a EUR 276 million structural investment for a more resilient first reception system on the Acgcan islands. Works are ongoing for the construction of the centres in Samos, Kos and Leros, whilc funding has just becn granted also for the construction in Lesvos and Chios.

These cfforts are in line with the mandate of the dedicated Task Force established in September 2020. Together with the Greek authorities, this Task Force is working as a priority to improve thc situation on Lesvos, by managing migration more effectively and by sciting up a new fully up–10–standard rcccption facility in the course of 202). This is underpinned by a Memorandum of Understanding, which I have concluded with the Greek authoritics in this regard. 

Concering EU assistance to rcfugees in Turkcy, the full operational budget of the Facility for Refugees was committed in 2019 and fully contracted in 2020. Out of a total of EUR 6 billion, ncarly EUR 4.1 billion have been disbursed to date. More than 100 projccts have been rolled oul delivering much nccded support to millions of refugees in Turkcy, in diverse areas such as basic nceds, livelihoods, hcalth care and education. In addition, the Commission has continued humanitarian assistance bcyond thc_funding allocated under the Facility for Refugees, with EUR 585 million provided to support humanitarian actions in Turkcy outside the Facility. This includes EUR 100 million to continue assistance in thc arcas of protection, health and education, and EUR 485 million to continue two flagship humanitarian programmes, namely the Emergency Social Safety Net (ESSN) and the Conditional Cash Transfer for Education (CCTE), until early 2022.
