On the occasion of today’s discussion, as reported by Greek Media, in the European Parliament on the problem of vaccination, I am attaching, herewith, for your consideration, my proposal related to the vaccination electronic card. Your response will be highly appreciated.

In the electronic Information Bulletin FLOGOVOLOS, which I publish for 29 years, on 27 December 2020, on the occasion of the problem of vaccination for covid 19, I included the following proposal of mine:
For every vaccinated person, an electronic card should be given e.g. as a photo, with the name of the vaccinated person and a code number which would correspond to his/her ID number or AMKA (Record of Social Security Number), in order to check lest it is used by other persons that have the same name. This electronic card should be carried by those who work in public services, hospitals, schools, airport services, super markets and other shops, e.tc., based on the judgement of the state for obvious reasons. This electronic card can be carried when the vaccinated persons circulate in the streets, according-of course- to their own judgment, or to be carried in their bags, pocket books or elsewhere, and be shown where necessary e.g. when they travel abroad or visit various Foundations, homes of aged people, medical centers or offices, e.tc., in other words this card to have the place of a certificate or “passport”, in order to have access to “special” places. Of course, it would be useful to have production machines of such electronic cards in the various centers of vaccination, since the cost of their production is not excessive, and thus, surely, the reproduction of new cards will be easy in case of loss. Of course, the details of this whole procedure can be studied and decided upon by the competent authorities, if they judge that such a card will be useful”.

Sehr geehrter Abgeordnete der europäischen Parlament

Für jede geimpfte Person, die “ausgestellt” und mit einer elektronischen Karte versehen wird, z. B. als Foto, mit dem Namen der geimpften Person und einer Codenummer entspricht der Identität seines AMKA, um zu überprüfen, ob es von anderen Personen mit demselben Namen verwendet wird. Diese elektronische Karte sollte von Personen “aufgehängt” werden, die in öffentlichen Diensten, Krankenhäusern, Schulen, Fluggesellschaften, Supermärkte, Geschäfte usw. usw. usw. liegen aus offensichtlichen Gründen im Ermessen des Staates. Die elektronische Karte kann mitgeführt werden, wenn die Geimpften auf der Straße sind – nach eigenem Ermessen – oder in ihrer Tasche oder Brieftasche oder anderswo und bei Bedarf auszustellen, z. B. wenn Sie ins Ausland reisen oder verschiedene Institutionen oder Pflegeheime, medizinische Zentren, Kliniken usw. besuchen usw., dh um ein Zertifikat oder einen “Reisepass” für den Zugang zu einigen “besonderen” Orten zu haben. Gut natürlich Es wäre, in den verschiedenen Impfzentren elektronische Kartenausgabegeräte zu haben, da deren Kosten nicht übermäßig hoch sind und es daher natürlich einfach sein wird Die Ausgabe einer neuen Karte im Falle eines Verlusts. Natürlich können die Verantwortlichen die Details des gesamten Prozesses untersuchen und bestimmen, wenn sie der Meinung sind, dass eine solche Karte nützlich ist.

Chères Mesdames, Chers Messieurs les députés

Dans la lettre d’information électronique (FLOGOVOLOS “) du 27 décembre 2020 que je publie depuis de nombreuses années et à l’occasion de la future vaccination contre le covid 19, j’ai enregistré ma proposition suivante:
Pour chaque personne vaccinée à “délivrer” et à recevoir une carte électronique, par exemple sous forme de photo,/avec le nom de la personne vaccinée écrit dessus et avec un numéro de code, qui correspondra à son numéro de sécurité sociale, afin de vérifier si elle est utilisée par d’autres personnes du même nom. Cette e-carte doit être «accrochée» par ceux qui travaillent dans les services publics, hôpitaux, écoles, compagnies aériennes, supermarchés, magasins, etc. à la discrétion de l’État pour des raisons évidentes. La carte électronique pourrait être amenée par les personnes vaccinées dans leur sac ou portefeuille ou ailleurs et être exposés si nécessaire, par exemple lors d’un voyage à l’étranger ou de la visite de diverses institutions ou maisons de soins infirmiers, centres médicaux, cliniques, etc., c.-à-d. servir comme certificat ou « passeport » pour accéder des zones “particulières”. Bien entendu, il serait bon de disposer de machines d’émission de cartes électroniques dans les différents centres de vaccination, car leur coût n’est pas excessif et bien sûr, il sera facile de délivrer une nouvelle carte en cas de perte. Bien sûr, les détails de l’ensemble du processus peuvent être étudiés et déterminés par les responsables, s’ils estiment qu’une telle carte sera utile.
